John and Mark from Piping Craft came to my Nepean home on a cold winter morning and replaced my old water heater that had stopped working and they were very professional from start to finish and they gave me a fair price upfront with no hidden fees and they removed the old unit and installed the new one carefully and checked all the connections and made sure the water was heating properly before they left and they even cleaned up every bit of dust and debris and were friendly throughout and I would absolutely recommend Piping Craft to anyone needing a new water heater or any plumbing service in Ottawa. ~ sri d
